I (and perhaps a handful of other people) will be glad to do simple things like transparency, borders, resizing and so forth. While asking for a completely new avatar, will probably not get you one. If you have an image that needs some resizing or something, we'll do that.
No 100% guarantee that we will make your avatar, we have lives too, you know.
